Garlic ¹⁄₄ cloves
Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
White or purple wine vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
Olive oil 6 tbsp. spoons
Sea salt 1 pinch
Floor black pepper 1 pinch
Chop the garlic very finely with a knife or chop it via a garlic press.
Totally combine all of the components with a whisk.
